I'm very happy with the porcelain service in my house. I made a complete renovation of by bathroom, including my shower wall, and changed my old fireplace and countertop granite to porcelain surfaces and I can't be happier. The product are incredible, resistant, easy to clean, not to say how beautiful they are. The service was amazing, all the team are kind and helpful, from sales to installation. I love my new countertops!! They are incredibly beautiful and so easy to clean. It was a great experience from the very beginning to the final result. It was a pleasure working with Ticianna, who is very knowledgeable about every step of the process. She was always very responsive, professional and polite and understanding. Her communication with my contractor and me, as well as all the people that were involved throughout the different steps was superb. I was very impressed with the precision and attention to detail and the care by everybody working on my kitchen and bathroom countertops. From the person who did all measurements to the people that did the installation. I would highly recommend this company and their products. The countertops are very easy to clean. I just use a wet/damp cloth and wipe them down. No cleaners needed. I chose the Carrara style and couldn't be happier. I don't need to worry about staining, fading or putting a hot cookie sheet on them. The red wine I spilled or the spaghetti that splashed (& didn't get wiped off right away) was no problem at all to clean up. Any other type of food that was dried on, was a breeze to wipe off with just a cloth and water (no scrubbing). So easy! I am very glad I chose these countertops. They look so elegant and absolutely stunning!! ~ Sylvia R
